Apnea & freediving school · Gozo, Malta
Freediving is the art of going down on a single breath — calm, slow, and completely present. We teach you to do it safely, from your first five metres to your deepest.
On land your heart races and your mind chatters. A few metres down, something old takes over: the mammalian dive reflex. Your heart rate drops, blood shifts to your core, and the body settles into a quiet it rarely gets to feel.
We don't chase numbers. We teach breath, relaxation and safety first — depth is what happens once those are second nature.
Diaphragmatic breathing and a long, unhurried final breath before you go.
Tension burns oxygen. We teach you to let go, mentally and physically, on the way down.
The technique that lets your ears follow you to depth, comfortably and safely.
Buddy systems and recovery breathing — the part good freedivers never skip.
Small groups, warm water, and a line you can always hold onto.

The certification course. Leave able to dive to 20 m on a line, with the safety skills to dive with a buddy anywhere.
For divers ready to go deeper. Mouthfill equalisation, free-immersion, and the mental game of the deep.
Past a certain depth you stop swimming. The water turns you around and pulls you down, and for a few long seconds you simply fall. Divers call it the freefall. It's the closest thing to flying we know.
