Intermediate

Barbell work, progressive overload, no nonsense. Get genuinely strong under a coach who programs it for you.

Sparring

Controlled, supervised rounds once your coach says you're ready. Headgear on, ego off. This is where it gets real.

Engine / HIIT

All levels

Rounds of bag, rope, rower and bodyweight until your lungs file a complaint. Builds the gas tank fighting needs.
